Every building on campus has a stationary radio available for all staff and volunteers to use for general communication and emergencies. Individual radios on this system are reserved for roles requiring immediate or emergency access: Medic, Kita Zone, Lifeguard, and Leadership. If you are not one of those roles and need to communicate, please find your nearest stationary radio.
Radio channel: Leadership will confirm the active channel at the start of each day. If the channel changes at any point, please update your radio accordingly.
What is your role today?
No individual radios are assigned to your role. Every building on campus has a stationary radio available for your use. See Leadership at the Welcome Center if you have questions.
Waterfront Radio #20
#20
Stationary Waterfront Radio — checked out by a Lifeguard and left at a fixed, accessible location (e.g., the lifeguard stand) for emergency use. This radio stays at the waterfront location for the duration of the active session. It is separate from and in addition to the individual Lifeguard radio (#27), which should remain on the lifeguard's person at all times while on property.
